Abstract

The hydrodynamics and heat exchange is considered at the laminar flow of nonlinear-viscid liquids in the round pipe, taking into account the periodically changing temperature on the pipe wall. The decision of the critical modes of heat exchange is made at the laminar flow of nonlinear-viscid liquids in the round pipe. The influence of external thermal influence and intensity of inlying sources of thermal emission on hydrodynamics, heat exchange and origin of the critical thermal modes are inverstigated. There are dissipative and chemical sources of thermal emission in the flow. As a reological model was used the Kutateladze-Habahpasheva model for the structural-viscid incompressible liquid.

Abstract

The mathematical model and algorithm of numerical research of critical modes of heat exchange are resulted at current unnjutonian liquid on an initial site of the coaxial channel. The results of numerical research are presented in the form of dependences of temperature, axial components of speed and viscosity on dimensionless defining parameters resulted. On the channel border are thermal boundary conditions of the first sort set.

EXPERIMENTAL HEAT TRANSFER RESEARCH IN  COMPLEX TURBULENT FLOWS

Abstract

The measurements method of heat flux at duct walls in complex flows is presented. It is proposed to define heat transfer using the data of temperature evolution filed at duct wall during the process of heat transfer. Heat flux distribution is constructed basing on solution of inverse heat conduction problem or heat balance equation for the wall material. The technique has been implemented in a computer program and numerically tested. Experimental results on heat transfer in a round pipe and separated flow have been obtained. The data have been compared with known empirical relations and results of other authors.

Abstract

The detailed designed algorithm of heat-technological scheme of a stage of acid digestion of cumene hydroperoxide in phenol and acetone production is introduced, the maintenance of each block is described, dependences for definition of calorific and thermodynamic performance of vehicles of various type and assigning are demonstrated, taking into account a chemical component exergy. Results on an example of a coefficient of performance and coefficient of system use are demonstrated, currents of sec power resources are revealed and results of the technical and economic analysis are carried out.

Abstract

The results of the analysis of the connection heat-technological schemes structure of oxidation stages and destillery oxide ethylene in manufacture oxide ethylene a factory « Organic products » Kazan Open Joint Stock Company «Organichesky sintez» are presented. This analysis is based on methods of the mathematical modelling, allowing to present the complicating structured technological scheme of manufacture in the form of the information block diagram (IBD). For optimum sequence the definition of calculation elements, IBD it is represented in the form of balance heat-technological systems which allows to sort the scheme into blocks and to define sequence of calculation of devices for carrying out of the thermal and thermodynamic analysis.

INFLUENCE A ROUGHNESS A SPREADING SURFACE IN A PROBLEM A CHOICE HEIGHT OF A CHIMNEY

Abstract

The height choise problem of a projected chimney is considered taking into account the roughness of the spreading surface. The calculations in the form of dependences the maximal ground concentration emissions oxides nitrogen on windspeed for pipe height equal 180, 300, 330, 360 m are resulted at a roughness of m and = 0,1 m. Analysis results has shown, that in case a small surface roughness (0,1 m and less) the projected chimney height providing the same values of maximum permissible ground concentration emissions is possible to reduce approximately on 10%, accordingly the pipecost will be reduced approximately on 8%.

Abstract

The review of basic tendencies of development of fuel and energy complex of the Russia is presented. The agricultural production is analyzed: volumes, productivity, production, power intensity, energy supply. The information makes it clear about efficiency of the use in agriculture of energy supply which confirm the necessity of realizing of energy saving measures and increase in the specific weight of renewable energy sources in the existing pattern of energy consumption. The newest technologies of energy saving for the agroindustrial complex are resulted. The basic measures of the decline of power inputs discrease and increase of economic efficiency of agricultural production are considered.

Abstract

The literature review is devoted to the state of energy supply in Russia, also to the possible variants of modernization of fuel and energy complex, prospects of the renewable energy use. The supposed dynamics of energy supply production volumes depends on the rates of economic development, changes in the production structure, growth of quantity of urban and rural population and its welfare. The prognosis values of prices growth and consumption growth of energy are given. The result of statistical data analysis on the base variants of socio-economic development is moderate and optimistic.

RESEARCH OF CURRENT IN A TRANSONIC PART OF NOZZLE A RADIATOR OF ACOUSTIC FLUCTUATIONS

Abstract

The results of the theoretical and experimental researches of acoustic fluctuations distribution in a transonic part of nozzle a radiator are presented. The critical section of nozzle in a range of Reynolds number Re = (0.7-2.1) ×104 is marked the increase of the nozzle charge accounting to shows the increase the number Re. The analysis of theoretical data is, that the reduction of charge factor is caused by structure heterogeneity of a nonviscous part of a stream and depends on length of a technological shelf and on size of radius of a rounding off of a forward edge in a range of the admission on manufacturing of these dimensional parameters. Satisfactory coincidens of theoretical and experimental values of charge factor flat nozzle a radiator is received.

FORCED FLUCTUATIONS OF LIQUID COLUMN IN THE VERTICAL WELL

Abstract

The modern condition in the field of new methods of a bottom-hole zone treatment and a productive strata is characterised by new quality of the oil reserves (first of all, a prevailing share of hard-extracting layers). The previous task of more effective of fields development were puting at early stages, nowdays it is necessary to increase efficiency of development at later stages. The substantial reduce of hydrocarbonic raw in these conditions can be run up at the expense of a heading energy-saxing technologies and devices of the combined influences (including wave) on oil reserves at displacement by its incompressible liquid. Appling to technology of combined influence was carried out study of distribution pressure on a head column of fluid fulfilled at the forced fluctuations oscillated by an emitter on a drift of the vertical well.
