STATEMENT AND METHOD OF THE DECISION OF THE PROBLEM OF NON-STATIONARY HEAT EXCHANGE AT CURRENT OF NONLINEAR-VISCOUS ENVIRONMENTS IN CHANNELS WITH INTENSIFIER IN THE FORM OF THE DISCRETE ROUGHNESS

Abstract:
The statement of a problem of heat exchange with application of is discrete-rough surfaces for an intensification of processes of heat exchange at laminar current of nonlinear-viscous environments in channels heat-exchange the equipment is given. The number of the assumptions has been allowed fon to the equations « parabolic type». For the decision of such type of the equations level-by-level methods of numerical realization are used. The problem is shown as bidimentional statement. Hydrodynamical and thermal boundary conditions are resulted. For the description rheological properties of a liquid the model of differential type is used. The iterative algorithm resulted allows to receive the decision of a problem from the senior derivative of the second order, to define length of an initial thermal site, size of factor heat exchange and to estimate heat-hydrodynamical efficiency of the channel.

Abstract:
The schematic diagram of the experimental stand for both heat exchange and hydrodynamic resistance research into the plate heat exchanger is considered. The procedure of direct measurements of inlet/outlet temperature and pressure and indirect measurements of heat load of the heat exchanger is described. The simplex method for estimate the Nusselt number in some test and the statistical method for determinate both adjoining channels the heat exchange and hydrodynamics criteria equation’s coefficients are given.

Abstract:
In work peat use as sorbent for clearing of industrial sewage of mineral oil with the subsequent recycling by burning that excludes secondary pollution of water is considered. Burning of the fulfilled sorbent allows to receive additional quantity of warmth. Results of experimental researches of petrocapacity of peat and warmth of combustion of the samples sated with mineral oil – turbine oil, diesel fuel, gasoline and black oil are resulted. In all cases warmth of combustion of the sated samples exceeds warmth of combustion of peat, and warmth of the peat sated with black oil, comes nearer to warmth of combustion of coal.

Abstract:
Laws of change of a degree twist a stream are considered at current of gas in the vortical chamber. Distribution of a corner of an output of a stream on width interscapular the channel tangential swirler is received at various corners of an inclination of its blades, and also dependence of a corner крутки a stream on radius of the channel. Calculation of integrated parameter закрутки was carried out on theoretical dependences. As scales values of radius of the channel tangential swirler and settlement entrance speed of gas in interscapular channels tangential swirler have been chosen.

Abstract:
On the basis of definition of digit curves it is studied power resources 9 volt batteries of a series 6F22 9В at different loadings of an external circuit. It is established, what the battery “Corundum” at small reorganization of measuring instrument of oxygen МАРК-302Т allows to increase duration of its work in 3-4 times concerning other marks. It is necessary to be guided by the received parameters of digit curve batteries by development of portable electronic devices of various purpose for increase of duration of their work.

Abstract
The basic purpose of this paper is research of effects biaxial loading pipelines with internal defect under nonlinear deformation. For today there is no fundamental decision, therefore in work is carried out the numerical solution using the bundled software ANSYS. The new method of research of the three-dimensional intense-deformed condition in the crack tip is presented. The analysis of fields structure of the intense-deformed condition in plastic area in the crack tip is carried out. The influence of the cylinder’s geometry on the stress distribution under the nonlinear deformation is established

Abstract
The results of numerical simulation of stream of fluid in the plane channel of the sine shape are introduced at laying an undular field. The numerical study was carried out with use of a programmatic complex FlowVision, intended for simulation of stream of fluid and gas in technical and natural objects. The attributes of stationary stream of fluid in the channel are revealed at laying pressure roughnesses in absence of a pressure gradient. The requirements of forming of such stream are revealed.
