Abstract

The chemical engineering is a branch of the chemical science with object of investigations the physical chemistry processes in the industrial apparatuses in the chemical plants. It use modeling and simulation as fundamental methods for investigation of the chemical engineering processes on the bases of the fundamental achievements of the chemistry, physics and mathematics. The main purpose of these investigations is quantitative description of the mechanism and kinetics of the industrial apparatuses for its optimal design, control or renovation.

Keywords: Heat exchange, fuel oil of the M-100 brand, 0,65% Na-KMT solution, discrete-rough channels, heat and hydrodynamics efficiency, laminar flow.

Abstract
In the work the heat exchange is explored at the flow of fuel oil of the M-100 brand and 0,65% Na-KMT solution in the discrete-rough channels. A geometrical region of flow is a semiendless cylindrical channel with the periodically located ledges, as an ellipse, on the inlying surface of channel. The given geometrical region was designed in the applied program Femlab package. For description of reological properties of liquid the Kutateladze – Habahpasheva model was used. The search of decisions is made with the use of numeral methods. During the numeral computations the heat exchange at different geometrical sizes of elliptic coulisses was explored, and those variants which heat and hydrodynamics efficiency would have been at maximal were determined.

Abstract
Method for surface friction modulus estimation in complex turbulent flows is submitted in this paper. Time averaged surface friction modulus is defined only on basis of an average value and fluctuations intensity of its longitudinal component. Comparative analysis has been performed covering the obtained evaluations and measurements of vector magnitude with two-component sensor in various separated flows.

Abstract

The technique of definition of material streams of system a thermal power plant – the closed heating system is developed. Results of calculation of material balance of system the Zainsky state district power station – the closed thermal network are presented. Volumes присосов tap water in system, leaks of network water are quantitatively defined. The estimation of speed of formation of adjournment, their qualitative structure and a site is spent. Recommendations about the rational organisation of the chemical control and about modernisation of the scheme of preparation подпиточной waters and processings of water of a thermal network are developed.

Abstract

In the present work it is considered elastic-plastic deformations of model of the sample depending. Verification of nonlinear model of hardening of Kabosha for cycles with constant amplitude is spent at a dissymetric cycle and for cycles with variable amplitude. It is defined that at constant amplitude takes place unilateral accumulation of plastic deformations with their subsequent attenuation. In cycles to variable amplitude at an overload there is a sharp increase in plastic deformations, and all subsequent cycles settle down in a curve of deformation of a cycle of an overload. The comparative estimation of behaviour of a material is presented at cyclic the smooth cylindrical sample in the conditions of soft

Abstract
The results of calculations for both elastic-plastic mixity and constraint parameters in full range of mode I and mode II combinations accounting for crack-tip curvature are presented. Full-field finite element analysis based on a modified boundary layer approach is employed to model the mode mixity effects on elastic-plastic crack tip behavior. The present work is based on the assumption that the tangential stresses have to have extremum along the crack growth direction. The elastic-plastic mode mixity parameter has been found accounting for the crack tip curvature. To determine the constraint parameter an additive decomposition is used for the actual full-field stress at the crack tip into a reference field and second order stress field. It is found that the constraint factor under mixed mode loading is strongly dependent upon the crack tip curvature. The relations between a constraint factor of the second-order stress field and mode mixity parameter for different crack tip curvature values are determined.
