Keywords: skin friction, heat flux, Reynolds analogy, fluctuations, flow separation

Abstract

Represented in this paper are the experimental data on surface friction and thermal current observed on the channel wall in separated turbulent flow. There are steady-state and pulsating flows considered herein in wide speed and frequency ranges of superimposed pulsations of the working medium (air) consumption. Carried out in these proceedings is the analysis of interconnection between hydrodynamic and thermal processes taking place in the flows studied.

Keywords: heat&mass exchange equipment, reological equations, nonlinearly viscous liquids

Abstract

Developed technique and algorithm of definition of safe thermal modes in channels of heat&mass exchange equipment of continuous action are presented. Reactive nonlinearly viscous liquids are considered as working environments. As a result of the analysis of the technical literature the generalized algorithm of a technique including nine basic stages is developed: problem statement, a choice heattehnologic equipment; the analysis of technological process; modelling; a choice or development of the program complex for obtained model of heat&mass exchange process; testing of a program complex; input of initial data; carrying out of a complex of numerical researches; development of recommendations. The special attention is given to a choice of reological equations for environment condition. The developing technique can be used for obtain of the automated regulation of technological process.

Keywords: phenol, absorbing gases, power savings, насадочные devices

Abstract

The one-phasic power saving up technological scheme is offered and hardware registration with new nozzles in exchange колпачковым to clearing plates абгазов is chosen. The power savings consist in an exception of the second stage of clearing абгаза in adsorbers at the expense of increase of efficiency of an absorber with use new насадочных contact devices.

Keywords: mini-cooling stacks, water allocation system, spraying devices

Abstract

There are the advantages and disadvantages of mini-cooling stacks of various types discussed in this paper, and there are the three lines offered therein for highly efficient small-sized cooling stacks designing, as well. There are the two variants of modernization represented herein for primary ejector cooling stack of “Musson” type, in compliance with one of these lines. The quintessence of these two variants consists in that water allocation system is changed, the height of cooling stack frame is increased and spraying devices are applied according to them. It follows from the calculation results that the temperature difference of cooled water increases by 67% in comparison with the temperature difference of water contained in primary cooling stack in case the modernization is performed according to the first variant, and – by 83%, correspondingly, in case the second variant of modernization is used.
