Abstract
The method of reflections for calculation of the liquid velocity potential with two spherical bubbles has been generalized. The method considers the case with the liquid having an y quantity of both spherical and weakly non-spherical bubbles with their centers located in a line. The recurrent relations obtained have been tested. The method of reflections and the method of decomposition into spherical functions have been compared for the time required to calculate the liquid velocity potential. It has been shown that if the bubbles are not relatively close to each other, both methods for determination of the potential are equally effective. When decreasing the distance between the bubbles, the method of decomposition into spherical functions appears more advantageous, except for the case with two spherical and two ellipsoidal bubbles. Applicability of the methods of the potential determination has been illustrated by some examples of interaction of bubbles in an acoustic field.

Abstract
Parameters of flow in the experimental plant for pulsating flow visualization have been studied experimentally. Turbulence level in steady flow has been defined depending on the Reynolds number. Velocity characteristics in conditions of forced flow pulsations have been obtained in a wide range of Reynolds numbers, frequencies and amplitudes of superimposed pulsations. Dependence of flow parameters on position of the device controlling the pulsator operation has been established, which allows setting the required values of mean flow velocity and velocity oscillations in the test section. Flow statistics has been evaluated and the validity of obtained models has been verified using the experimental data.

Abstract
Coagulation and sedimentation of fine-dyspersated aerosols are experimentally studied at excitation by a flat piston in an open pipe under shock-free mode near its first natural frequency. Dependences of pressure oscillations of the piston and numerical concentration of drops of an oscillating aerosol on time are received. The influence of frequency and amplitude of oscillations on the aerosol deposition time is studied. It is shown, that even at small amplitudes of displacement of the piston, the process of aerosol deposition, consisting in coagulation, sedimentation on the pipe walls and partial ejection of aerosol drops from the open end of the pipe, occurs 6-12 times more effective than natural sedimentation.

Abstract
This article describes the principles of identifying, analyzing and reducing capital costs of construction and maintenance of heating networks, operating costs of major energy products associated with transporting of a coolant. Mathematical dependenc ies of the basic energy costs in the heating network, as well as a general expression determining the value of distribution of heat energy through the heating network pipeline system are presented. This expression allows to determine technical and economic performance of different types of materials and heating networks laying when constructing or renewal of some areas and to assess the impact of these costs on the final cost of the heat transport.

Abstract
The method for calculating the average availability factor for the power station which consists of several GTPs has been developed. The case of planned outage into the reserve of the operating units of a gas turbine has been considered. The dependence of the average availability factor on both the scheduled outage duration and the number of GTPs has been analyzed. The probability of a failure in starting up the reserve unit is taken into account.

Abstract
The paper considers a numerical technique that describes unsteady flows in hydraulic turbines, the results of its testing and its application for transient turbulent flow in the turbine flow path. Adapting this numerical technique is performed on the basis of the results of turbulent unsteady flow simulation in the flow path of the Sayano–Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station. Comparison of the calculation results with the experimental data was carried out. Acceptable agreement between the theory and experiment, both on pulsation and integral characteristics of the turbine operation was shown.

Abstract
The paper considers the main operating modes of tri-generation plants with a micro-turbine engine. Existing micro-turbine engines have been analyzed for both thermal power and the temperature of the burned gases at the turbine exit. The micro-turbine engine has been chosen to suit the installation scheme. The analysis and calculations carried out show that the micro-turbines Capstone are suitable for both the working scheme considered and any modes of a tri-generation cycle. They can provide enterprises and other consumers with power supply.

Abstract
The paper examines power generation plants . The analysis of Third Generation Company of the Wholesale Electricity Market (WGC-3, also known as OGK-3) and Territorial Generation Companies No. 7 and 11 (TGC-7, TGC-11, also known as TGK-7 and TGK-11) has been carried out on the basis of technical and technological sustainability coefficients. The analysis revealed significant deterioration and obsolescence of existing facilities, a lack of policies on modernization and upgrading facilities. The study proposes a mechanism for attracting investments by redistribution of tariffs and tax incentives.
