Abstract
In work the results of a numerical study of heat transfer and hydrodynamics in laminar flow of non-Newtonian fluid in a round tube with a transverse annular knurled as semi projections on the inner surface of the pipe wall is presents. As a non-Newtonian fluid a highly paraffinic oil with pseudoplastic properties of the Mamurinsk oil field well number 7 is studied. In work standard error of the method does not exceed 8 %. The geometry of discrete roughness, which provides the best heat transfer intensification of a highly paraffinic oil flow is found. The energy efficiency of transverse annular rolling significantly higher for the non-Newtonian fluid than for a Newtonian is determined.

Abstract
The literature data on the hyperbolic equation of thermal conductivity in flowing stream is analyzed. Proposed integro-differential equation of thermal conductivity of an incompressible flow the environment for short-term thermal processes. Examples of numerical calculation of boundary-value problem for parallel plates stream shows the adequacy of mathematical thermal model by proposed integro-differential equation to modern physical notions of thermal processes. Is identified the conditions under which the thermal oscillatory wave may be in the stream.

Abstract
Article describes the results of experimental investigations of discharge coefficient of end-holed constriction devices (nozzle and orifice) without upstream section. Experiments have been held on a national standard of mass flow rate at Federal State Unitary Enterprise “All-Russian Research Institute of Flow Metering”. As a result a dependence of discharge coefficient of end-holed nozzle and orifice on Reynolds number and relative diameter has been acquired. The empiric equation for the discharge coefficient of end-holed orifice has been clarified.

Abstract
Actual problem in the area of steam turbines for nuclear power plants is the creation of turbine unit capacity of over 1,200 MW, with an efficiency of above 37% unit and the specific metal content of less than 2,4 tons/MWh. Reducing the size of the existing turbine set, keeping the overall efficiency unit lead to the creation competitive power plant. The basic reserve of reducing the number of LPC flows and increasing the unit capacity of the cylinder can serve to further increase summary area of the end “exhausts”. Increasing the steam load and the area “exhaust” LPC at a fixed speed turbine and conditionally “limiting” length of the last stages blades, achieved by using of bunk last stages in LPC. In the above stages first part of the flow goes through the lower tier, and the last stage, and second part of it is expanded in the upper tier to the condenser pressure. Such stages allows to reduce number of LPC in the existing turbine unit and their metal content, as well as create a turbine with increased bandwidth for the future turbines with 1600-1800 MW capacity. Therefore development and researching of bunk stages and low-pressure cylinder with increased bandwidth is relevant and practically important task, designed to improve technical and economic parameters, saving work and material resources in manufacturing turbines. The report shows an analysis the spectra and the application of bunk stages identify the most promising.
One of the most preferable options using a LPC sesquialteral turbine exhaust is NPP in depth vacuum conditions, a cooling water temperature 5-10 ° C. This saves (with minimal changes) heat scheme turbine set and its arrangement. LPC well as perspective options with sesquialteral exhaust are:
– NPP turbines for vacuum decay with two LPC (instead of three);
– development of full-speed high capacity turbine NPP to 1800 MW;
– at designing of turbine thermal power plants and steam turbines for combined cycle .

Abstract
The analysis of possible effects in the energy and power plants in the alignment of daily schedules of electricity. The formulas and the estimated cost savings by reducing the energy system: the power consumption at the maximum load, losses in electric networks of the alignment of the load curve, fuel stations grid through better equipment utilization, cost of repairs of equipment of power plants in the transition work units from AC mode to the base. Found that most of the effect falls on the possibility of reducing the installed capacity due to the reduction of the maximum load power system. The greatest effect in the energy transfer takes place at a power consumption of the base area during off-peak. Economic evaluation performed investment limit consumer by changing its schedules electricity through differentiated tariffs.

Abstract
Considered a range of issues related to the modeling, system analysis, research and development of efficient energy systems provide a microclimate of buildings with windows superior tightness. The results of simulation studies and modes of heat and ventilation in a building with windows superior tightness obtained using the original mathematical apparatus and software. It is shown that the real heat savings afforded by the introduction of windows superior tightness, reduced due to latent heat loss associated with the growth of the ventilation load to ensure a comfortable microclimate. The conditions and the way to the fullest realization of the technical and economic advantages of using windows superior tightness are presented.
