Abstract

The analysis and shows the fallacy of one of the proposed approaches in the literature to the study of the characteristics of the heat exchanger based on the separation of the heat transfer coefficients on both sides of the heat transfer surface as a result of a single experience and subsequent approximation of thus obtained data for a set of experimental data. An approach to the solution of this problem based on classical methods of nonlinear parameterization.

Key words: intensification of heat exchange, discrete roughness, heat hydrodynamic efficiency.

Abstract:

In work results of numerical calculations an intensification process of heat exchange are presented. Objects research are in casing tubular heat exchange devices thermo-technological schemes a stage gas of division in ethylene production, intended for cooling hydro carbonic weight by circulating water. As a way an intensification of heat exchange in trumpet channels heat exchangers it is used artificial turbulization a stream cross-section roll in the form a semicircle and a rectangular triangle of the first type. An ultimate goal researches is definition geometrical and constructive characteristics artificial turbulization, maximal values of criterion providing achievement heat and hydrodynamic efficiency for considered conditions.

Key words: firm fuel, mini thermoelectric power station, efficiency, the technical and economic analysis, capital investments, operating costs, payback period

Abstract:

The estimation of technical and economic indicators is the integral stage of engineering and the analysis of efficiency of power objects. In offered work the technical and economic assessment of works of coal mini thermoelectric power station is carried out. On mini thermoelectric power station produced the by-product – the activated charcoal which is realized to foreign consumers. During calculations the resulted annual charges representing the sum of capital investments and operating costs are defined. Total capital investments develop of capital investments in separate units and the technical systems entering into the scheme. Operational expenses include a fuel component, expenses for repair, a wages worker and other costs. The time of recovery of outlay considered of coal mini thermoelectric power station capacity 8 MW makes 4,4 years

Abstract:

The stress strain state in a disk of the steam turbine are analysed with use of various ways of modelling of contour loading in the fork link of a disk and a blade. Calculations are carried out by three various techniques – analytical and to two numerical on a method of finite elements. Numerical techniques included direct injection modelling the distributed contour loading in fastening apertures and the solution of a problem in contact statement. As results of the researches advantages and deficiencies of each method are discussed, their comparison and the analysis are carried out.
