Research Center for Power Engineering Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences
Keywords: water-coal suspension, preparation, storage, transportation
Abstract
This work considers the basic features of water-coal suspension flow under its transportation. The most important regime factors influencing losses of pressure at transportation, such as disperse structure, concentration of a solid phase in suspension, its viscosity are determined. For experimental investigation of water-coal suspension current in pipes, the experimental stand is developed and constructed. The stand enables to define the parameters of two-phase flow movement with various concentrations and structure of a disperse phase under the change of consumption and temperatures.

ANALYSIS OF PROPORTIONAL METHOD OF ORGRES INFLUENCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC HEAT POWER ENGINEERING AND VARIANT OF ITS MODERNISATION
V.M. Borovkov, S.V. Skulkin
Keywords: proportional method,  method ORGRES, distribution of fuel costs, combined-cycle CHP, Northwest power station, heat losses.
Abstract
In this article method of ORGRES features influencing on the development of the domestic heat power engineering are presented. Adaptation variant of the “ORGRES” method for distribution of fuel costs in the combined-cycle CHP is offered. The example of calculation of specific expenses of fuel at the Northwest power station is given. The results were compared with the average unit cost of WGC and TGC RAO UES of Russia. The lack of incentive to improve transportation systems of thermal energy is explained. The stimulating variant as separation of thermal network and heat-generating companies is offered.

Ulyanovsk state technical university

Keywords: heat steam turbines, thermal scheme of water-treatment units of heat electropower station, regenerative bleed-off

Abstract

A great number of domestic heat electropower stations have considerable power efficient reserves due to irrational heat load of water-treatment units. Scientifically grounded new solutions to cover the loads using low-potential regenerative bleed-off of heat steam turbines are proposed.

Research Center for Power Engineering Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences
Keywords: systems of water use without waste, water preparatory installations, thermal desalination, chemical desalination, energy saving technologies
Abstract
This paper considers ecological and economic efficiency of water-treatment plants operation optimization in thermo-electric power station №3 in Kazan. It is done by the partial substituting of chemical desalting plants of make-up water in power-generating boiler for thermal ones and by modernizations of the ionite filters, and also by the development and adoption of sewage treatment plant. The technologies adopted at the station allowed achieving considerable decrease in the consumption of input water, and also decreasing in industrial sewage dumping.

SINGULAR STRESS-STRAIN FIELDS FOR CYLINDER ACCOUNTING FOR NOMINAL STRESS GRADIENT
V.N. Shlyannikov, R.F.Shagivaleev
Research Center for Power Engineering Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences
Keywords: hollow cylinder, semi-elliptical surface crack, biaxial loading, stress singularity, stress triaxiality, stress gradient
Abstract
The behavior of the surface semi-circular and semi-elliptical surface cracks is considered under biaxial loading of thin-walled and thick-walled cylinders. A method for calculation of surface crack tip singularity accounting for both crack front position and nominal stress gradient in the wall thickness direction is suggested. Peculiarities both the crack tip singularity and the stress triaxiality parameters behavior at the free surface of hollow cylinder are stated as function of nominal stress gradient.

Abstract
The mathematical model with a volumetric source of moisture evaporation is developed for calculation of temperature field of construction elements under influence of fire flame. Universal destruction criterion, invariant to speed of high-intensive heating of ferro-concrete constructions, has been grounded. There was offered a method of forecasting of fire resistance limit at different fire propagation scenarios in plants of extraction, transportation and processing of energy content substances.
